Find target businesses with one search
Enter a sector and a location; businesses are listed with their websites and phone numbers. Businesses you've already emailed don't come up again.
- Google Maps searches or your own list
- Upload a CSV; columns are mapped automatically and addresses verified.
One concrete observation per website
The crawler follows robots.txt and goes easy on the site; it picks out the general contact address, the services and useful details.
- A 0–100 score against your target audience, with reasoning and a suggested product; low scores are filtered out.
- If there's no observation, it says so rather than making one up
A first email built on a sentence from their website
Every email rests on a sentence that appears word for word on the site; you can see that sentence and its page in the dashboard.
- Follow-ups go out in the same thread and stop when a reply comes in.
- Tone, phrases to avoid, signature and product catalogue are set per brand. If someone clicks the brochure link, you see it in the dashboard.
Every draft comes to you first
Approve in bulk, edit or have a draft rewritten. If you like, drafts that meet your rules are approved automatically.
- Sent from Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP mailbox. Warm-up limits and business hours apply, and an address one of your brands has emailed won't hear from another for 30 days.
Replies are read and meetings suggested
Incoming replies are read and sorted: interested, later, not interested, unsubscribe, auto-reply. Interested prospects are offered your booking link or free slots in your calendar; anyone who wants out is removed straight away.
- Lands in your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive) as contacts and notes
