Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about Repmight

Short answers about the product, pricing, compliance and deliverability. Answers on the law are general information, not legal advice.

General

What is Repmight?

Repmight is an AI sales assistant for companies that sell to other businesses. It finds businesses on Google Maps or in your own list, reads their websites, and drafts a first email and two follow-ups around one concrete detail it found. Once you approve, the email goes out from your own mailbox. Replies are sorted, and anyone interested is offered a meeting.

Will my emails end up in spam?

They're sent from your own mailbox, in small numbers, within warm-up limits and business hours, and each one carries your sender details and a one-click unsubscribe. The dashboard also checks your domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Nobody can promise inbox placement, but this rules out the usual reasons emails get filtered.

Is cold email legal?

It depends on the country and on who you're writing to. Repmight doesn't make that call for you: it asks you for a declaration for each country and won't send without one. In the UK, emailing limited companies is generally allowed if you identify yourself and offer an opt-out, but sole traders and some partnerships need consent. In Germany and Austria you generally need prior consent, even to write to a business. In Turkey, addresses must be registered in İYS and checked for opt-outs before you send to merchants.

Do you take data from LinkedIn?

No. We never scrape LinkedIn. The sources are Google Maps, each business's own website and the lists you upload.

Which languages can it write in?

Emails can be written in Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish and Arabic. The dashboard is in Turkish, English and German.

How does the free trial work?

You get every feature for 14 days, up to 30 leads. We verify your card but don't charge it before the trial ends, and you can cancel from the dashboard at any point before then.

Who isn't Repmight right for?

If you want to search for contacts by job title, automate LinkedIn or send tens of thousands of emails a month, a contact database and a high-volume sending tool will suit you better. It isn't built for emailing consumers (B2C) either.

Product and features

Where does it find businesses?

In Google Maps, by sector and location (for example, 'dental practices in Manchester'), or in a CSV you upload. It then reads each business's public website, up to 4 pages per site, and respects robots.txt.

What do you mean by an 'evidence-based observation'?

Every email is built around something specific on the business's website. The dashboard shows you the exact quote and the page it came from. If the site has nothing usable, no email is written; the AI isn't allowed to invent a detail.

Which mailboxes does it work with?

Google Workspace (sign in with Google), Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph) and any SMTP/IMAP mailbox. We don't sell domains or inboxes; you send from your brand's existing address.

What happens when someone replies?

Each reply is read and labelled as interested, later, not interested, unsubscribe or auto-reply. Follow-ups stop as soon as someone replies. Interested prospects are sent your booking link or free slots from your calendar, and unsubscribes are removed straight away.

How do the voice assistant and WhatsApp work?

On Growth and above, an AI voice assistant can call people who replied positively to confirm a meeting, and can answer calls to your number. It tells the caller it's an AI at the start of every call. On WhatsApp, approved template messages go out from your own WhatsApp Business account. Channel permissions are checked before any call or message.

Can it connect to my CRM?

Yes. Contacts, notes and, if you want them, deals sync to HubSpot and Pipedrive. You can connect your own systems through signed webhooks, the REST API, Zapier or Make.

Can agencies use it for clients?

Yes. Set up a brand for each client, with its own mailbox, tone, product catalogue, compliance settings and suppression list. Anyone who unsubscribes from a brand won't hear from it again, and an address contacted by one of your brands won't be contacted by another for 30 days.

Pricing and billing

How much does Repmight cost?

$39/month for Starter, $149 for Growth and $349 for Agency. Larger teams can ask for a quote on the yearly Scale plan. Prices exclude VAT, and paying yearly gets you 2 months free.

What counts as a 'researched lead'?

A new business that was found and researched (its website read) during the month. Records you upload from your own list count as 0.6 of a lead. Writing to the same business again doesn't count as a new lead.

Do you charge per user?

No. Each plan includes a set number of brands, mailboxes and users with no per-seat charge. If you reach your monthly lead limit, you can buy lead packs that last 12 months. There are no automatic overage charges.

Why do you need my card for the trial?

To stop abuse. We verify the card but don't charge it until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

How does founder pricing work?

The first 100 customers keep a 30% discount for as long as they stay subscribed, including if they change plan. It can't be combined with the yearly discount; you get the founder discount, as it's the larger of the two.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, on yearly plans and Scale. We send a pro forma invoice and switch your plan on when the payment arrives. Monthly plans and the free trial are paid by card.

Which currency will I pay in?

Businesses in Turkey pay in TRY plus VAT; businesses elsewhere pay in USD or EUR. We don't currently sell to businesses established in the EU or EEA.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, from the dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. There's no minimum term.

Compliance and law

Does Repmight guarantee I'm compliant?

No. Repmight gives you tools and checks: country declarations, İYS checks for Turkey, a suppression list per brand, sender details and one-click unsubscribe. You decide who to contact, when and with what message, and as the sender you remain responsible.

Can I email businesses in the UK?

Under PECR, you don't need prior consent to send marketing emails to corporate subscribers such as limited companies and LLPs, but you must say who you are and give an easy way to opt out. Sole traders and some partnerships count as individual subscribers, so you need their consent unless the soft opt-in for existing customers applies. UK GDPR still applies when you email a named person at a business.

Can I email businesses in Germany or Austria?

In Germany, unsolicited advertising emails generally need the recipient's prior express consent, and that includes businesses (UWG §7). Austria has a similar rule. Make first contact through other lawful channels and only email where you have consent. Repmight won't send to any country you haven't made a declaration for.

What is İYS and why does it matter?

İYS (İleti Yönetim Sistemi) is Turkey's central register of permissions for commercial messages. Before you send commercial emails to Turkish merchants, the address has to be registered in İYS and checked for opt-outs. Repmight does this through your own İYS integrator account.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. We process your data only to draft emails, sort replies and run the service. The Privacy Policy and the subprocessors page have the details.

Deliverability

How many emails does it send a day?

Each mailbox starts at 10 emails a day, goes up by 5 a day and stops at 50. Emails are spaced 3–15 minutes apart at random, and only go out on weekdays during business hours in the recipient's time zone.

Do I need SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

Yes. Since 2024 Gmail and Yahoo have required senders to authenticate their email, and bulk senders need all three. Repmight checks your domain's records and shows you, step by step, what's missing.

Should I buy a new domain or mailbox for cold email?

Not necessarily. If you're sending a small number of carefully written emails, your brand's existing address looks more trustworthy. If you do use a new mailbox, don't skip warm-up.

What happens when an email bounces?

The address is blocked for good and never used again by any of your brands. A high bounce rate damages your domain's reputation.

When are follow-ups sent?

By default, 3 and 7 days after the first email, in the same thread. They stop if the person replies, unsubscribes or the email bounces.
